Well I don’t think it’s similar to kanava except for one fact; both are 5 beat songs. hardly any song in tamil is 5beat, and these two (and Enna Ithu from Nala Damayanthi) are among the very few. In this case I think it’s a refreshingly bold decision by Harris, something I wouldn’t have expected from him
