The Microsoft Power Toys for Windows XP site has tools which enhance the functionality of windows. The Open Command Window Here and Image Resizer are the tools I would recommend . Most java programmers would prefer the Command here tool . Multiple images can be resized with a right click using image resizer. It is a really helpful tool when uploading images to web sites.
Another cool utility is the Who Lock Me tool which allows users to list all process’s which lock a certain file.
