I understand your point, but I&#039;m not sure I agree entirely. Where good ideas come from is unpredictable. In some companies, they come almost exclusively from technologies; in others from the product side of the house. Technology implementers should not simply slavishly do whatever the business tells them to do; after all, the business doesn&#039;t have all the information--no one group does. A process must exist to ensure the best ideas, both strategic and tactical, have an opportunity to surface and be examined on their merits.</description>
