Introduction (Yuvan Shankar Raja)
The best thing to do it to push the next button as hard as possible. Only Yuvan can explain what he was trying to do.
Poo Mudhal Penn Varai…(Yuvan Shankar Raja)
Yuvan has tried his own version of the mega hit from Black Eyed Peas. A fast paced song with a lot of emphasis on heavy beats. Yuvan has done a fairly decent job. It is good to see the talented music director try his hand with a fast number than stick to his standard pathos formula. The choreographers will have a field day with this song.
En Jannal Vandha(Roshini, Priya, Divya. Rap by Pan Bundy)
This ia “All in One” Song. It starts with a Rap interlude which is followed by Trance. You then have Roshni crooning to a nice pop beat.Michael Learns to Rock tried to mix pop with trance in thier second incarnation and succeeded to a fair bit. The second half of the song is more ethnic. The song is definitely appealing and Yuvan has tried something diffrent but I am not sure if this song will become a hit.
En Aasai Ethiraliye(Vijay Yesudas, Vinaitha)
This is a nicely compiled song with a exotic Arabic interlude. Vinaitha has a nasal voice like Shruthi Hassan and fits the bill for a seductress. Heavy beats dominate the song.Vijay is a revelation in this song , he has to move away from the soft romantic singer to a hardliner who is resisting the seductress.Overall this is a interesting composition from Yuvan and this song has the potential to stay in the charts for a while.
Oru Punnagai Thane(Ranjith)
We are back in familiar Yuvan Shankar Raja territory with a Manmadhan hangover. The song is still very pleasant and the music arrangements are spot on. Ranjith as usual has given his best and his fans won’t be disappointed. The heavy metal piece in the middle has been well arranged.
Theeratha Vilaiyattu(Andrea, Tanvi, Vinaitha, Ranjith)
The title song of the album is fast with disco beats and funky lyrics by Vaali.Trance beats acts as a flavor throughout the song. The singers are energetic and add to the fun factor. This rhythmic song will be able to hold on to the charts if there is no competition.
A typical Yuvan Album . Worth Buying !

Yuvan must be careful in choosing his films. For a crappy actor like Vishal, it is most likely going to be a wasted effort.
on a different note.. where do you purchase tamil mp3’s?
Raaga is a very good site. If you are close to New Jersey then you can get it from music shops there.
