Since you became a PM, do you still code using POJO techniques?
It would be good in touch with the technology as well.
Care to write some intricacies involved in being a Project Manager?
Good and not so good experiences, perhaps?

Balaji , i can understand your question clearly. I think the industry needs more technical project managers. Managers who can not only manage resources and plan but also understand the technology. The junior programmers can write good academic code but they always need guidance. I think it is the job of the managers to come up with a framework and the team members should actually code against it. This way there will be more control and discipline and maintenance will be easy. I will try to write about best practises that i think are good very soon.
